There’s no cracking or peeling. How long do other custom gifts last? The Windbrella comes with a lifetime warranty, though it’s unlikely they’ll ever need to use it. We haven’t had a return yet.

After purchasing the umbrella’s, customer sends their artwork. We deliver back a proof for approval like this:
Upon approval, production is 2-10 days. Shipping is UPS ground from 33064 Florida, which is 1 day to other Florida cities, and 5-7 business days to California and the west coast.
Custom colors: We custom manufacture umbrella’s in about 60 days. Minimum order 144 units, with 24 unit increments.

CUSTOM LOGO SCREEN IMPRINTING TIPS:
- EPS Illustrator file preferred; high resolution jpg accepted also.
- No gradations- screen imprinting is color on or off.
- DO NOT flatten any images; send original files with layers intact.
- All Fonts should be converted to outlines whenever possible, or include the name of the typestyle in the message.
- Please include a copy of all screen and printer Fonts files whenever possible.
- Please specify your Color from the Pantone Color Matching System. (PMS colors)
- Send art at finished size-10″ x 10″ maximum image area
- Choose high contrast – white on black, navy, and hunter green will really pop
