Bugatchi Uomo apparel orders are going on a regular, fixed schedule for shipping. Our wholesale and corporate apparel accounts will continue to ship per the requested order delivery date, or if none specified, as soon as we can get it ready.
Bugatchi shirts and other Bugatchi apparel for our retail customers will now ship once per week. We hope to improve communications and expectations for all consumers for this brand by moving to a regular schedule. All orders received by Monday 9 am will ship the following Friday. Orders received after that time will ship the following week i.e. not the Friday of the same week.
Packaging and shipping methods are altered at our discretion for better service and to keep overhead down. For example, sometimes we can fit your order into a USPS 2 day express box for the same price as Fedex Ground. By altering our shipping method, as well as our warehouse management schedule, we aim to achieve the same delivery time frame of about 2 weeks.
Occasionally customers ask us, why so long? Our operation is geared to volume buyers. Processing small orders on the level of what you might expect from a company like Edwin Watts or Nordstrom’s can be disruptive to our primary business. We appreciate your business too and will make every effort to fulfill your occasional rush orders as well as your regular orders.
